    Good evening friends!

    Shave prep: Face wash
    Brush: Haryali badger
    Soap: Crabtree & Evelyn, Nomad
    Scuttle: Robert Becker large
    Razor: John Barber, 5/8 wedge
    Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
After Shave Splash: English leather, home brewed
Notes: Brilliant shave tonight, slow, relaxing and comfortable. I read once that someone tried to explain the straight razor shave to the un-initiated describing it as a "spa for men". I think that's the feeling I got Touched up on a Llyn Melynllyn, performed exellently.

    Monday morning:

    Boker 6/8 King Cutter
    Badger brush
    Anthony's Gold Shave Cream
    Thayer's
    Anthony's Gold Red Cedar AS
    Nivea ASB
    L'Occitane Vetyver cologne

I've struggled a bit with this Boker in the past, getting nicked up the last few times I used it. Stropped it 100 laps on my SRD Latigo and then gave it 10 laps on the back side, which is pasted with CrOx.

Trmenedously comfortable shave today. The Boker was very smooth and very sharp this morning.

The Anthony's SC is a real winner, with terrific glide and protection. I also rally enjoy the cedar scent of the AS.

    Were they all accounted for?

After seeing them all touch and kiss that Vince Lombardi trophy you would think one would end up with some kind of pathogen .

    Max,

Not to worry. The Lombardi Trophy was disinfected with antiseptic wipes provided by the Indiana University Medical Group between smooches--off camera.
