As always I used this razor, in the end I get a great shave. No irritation and exceptional closeness.

    Birnando,

    What a beautiful, bucolic setting.

It must be quite a pleasure to walk through those woods and cast one's eyes upon such idyllic scenery.

yes it is a great pleasure indeed.
Most any summer day was spent in there with my best pal and my dog when growing up. Good times!
It's great to see that my own kids finds it fun and interesting as well

    Default Holiday Shave

Having the family and a few close friends for Holiday dinner tonight. I have to go move my Scotch collection away from the big dish cabinet. I spoiled myself a little with a nice shave first.

Hot Shower, Stephan's rubbed into the whiskers
    Warm oil
    Dirty Bird Double
AOS Sandlewood Soap, AOS scentless SC, Gycerine
    New Forest Badger Brush
    Filarmonica, DT, 13
    SRD P1, 25 felt, 50 leather
    Razorock Aluminum
    Pinaud Bay Rum AS
    Vaseline for men

The Filly performed really well on the three days growth. I like the aroma of the AOS soap but like a bit heavier lather. I picked up some AOS scentless shave cream so I can add some cream to any soap without changing the aroma. After adding the glycerine, the Soap/Cream/glycerine lathered up really well and loaded the Dirty Bird with mounds of shave cream.

To anyone who is celebrating today, I wish you a happy, healthy holiday!

I used to fish all summer long in these small ponds as a kid, and I do love being out there, walking the dog, or just relaxing with a good trip in the calm of the forrest
