Been a busy week and had few opportunities to post. Today I started my day with a single pass shave. I wish I had the opportunity to shave more often in the morning before work.

    Warm shower, Stephan's, Warm oil
    Dirty Bird Scuttle
    New Forest Badger
    Razorock Caprician Lemon Shave Soap/Glycerine
    Carl Monkhouse, 5/8, full hollow
    SRD Strop, 100 laps
    Razorock Aluminum
    Stephan's Island Lime
    Vaseline for men

I really like this razor. Wonderful single pass shave. Nice way to start the morning!!!

    Enjoy the day!!

    Friday

Decided on the Mühle this morning as I’d shaved last night and was still quite smoothish. A straight razor shave was certainly not called for.

Last night I’d used Dominica Bay Rum in utter, utter abundance, and was so smitten that I needed it again, however, due to the fact I’d be at work, I used it only in utter abundance, instead of utter utter abundance.

The ‘Whisky’ and the Bay Rum complimented each other very well; have I said that before? I may have.

I've discovered new filters in GIMP, so from now on SOTD photos shall take on a Warhol feel. Who can tell me what song the lyrics are from? Hmmm? (everything looks worse in black and white).

    Razor: Mühle R 89
Blade: Gillette 7 o’clock (not bad actually, a worthy rival for Astra)
Pre-Shave: None (none for almost a week now, I think)
Cream: O Melhor (which is a God among creams)
    After Shave: Dominica Bay Rum
Eau de Toilette: ‘Whisky’ by Evaflor (it is French, you know…)
