A few more new products today:
Akatombow | Vulfix Sicilian Limes | Simpson Rover in Manchu | Auslesse ASB | CdG Series 4 Vettiveru
Another great shave. What a way to start myself back to work after more than two weeks away from the office! The Rover continues to impress. It whipped up mounds of lather from the Vulfix cream in record time. The SC smelled heavenly and performed decently. It's not going to break into my top rotation, but the scent alone may keep it going through the summertime for an occasional fix. I refreshed the Akatombow, and it was dialed in nicely; very smooth. The ASB is another new product that I picked up in Japan. It's got a mild scent and feels great with the menthol and excellent moisturizing properties. I'm off to the grind. Have a great day, gentlemen!

Thanked: 88Carl, is there any animal you can hunt in your region this time of year? Hunting always helps me break out of a Winter rut (as remote as it seems to me right now!). Not just the hunt itself, but the feeling that there is some purpose to the season and the feeling of being alone in peace with a single purpose.

Hot shower
Dovo Bergisher Löwe (probably the best shaver in my little collection)
20/60 Illinois 127
Mama Bear's Olde Barbershop/Conk badger
Brut cologne
Found a nice steel bowl at the secondhand shop yesterday for $0.49 that nests perfectly inside my large glass bowl, so I was able to make a homemade scuttle. Was very nice having warm lather throughout the shave.
BBS shave. Nice way to start a Monday morning.
God bless all!
