For some reason, not the best of shaves today. I don't know if the razor needs a touch up, or the soap simply wasn't up to snuff today, but I had lots of weepers... Despite the tribulations, I soldiered on to a two pass CCS!

Better luck next time Bill. That is a rather pedestrian choice of suds for you though, isn't it???

    Hot shower prep
Razor: FWE Special rescaled by Dirty Chrome ( Lovely Giveaway prize from R&S.)
    Soap: Lavanda (Portugal)
Mug: Whipped Dog ( Firehouse Gallery )
    Brush: Whipped Dog Silvertip
    Aftershock: Alum block
    Splash: TARR..from Romania

One of my favored blades which doesn't get a workout as often as I could wish. The Lavanda is a solid performer. The TARR is great. A strong spice scent which is down to peasant by the time I leave the shave den.

The fun of trying things makes the day go a bit better and quicker!

    Prep: Hot shower
Brush: M&F w blond two band badger
Razor: TI, special edition for a French forum
Superlather: Floris no: 89 + Irish Moss
    AS: Old Spice Fresh Lime

I loved this superlather, the scent was "special", but in a good way (for me, I can easy imagine that someone else would think it to be a stinker ).
