No Bela I've owned the brush sometime, purchased it directly from Simpsons, as always great customer service and such a nice chap Mark Watterson, It's very much like a slightly bigger version than the Chubby 1 very soft tips, but works great with soaps or creams.

What a way to close out this short work week! The Jabonman Lima-Pimiento Mentolado was the perfect soap for the quickly fading summer! It whipped up to a limey menthol laden lather. As I coated the face, I could feel the cool tingling start, and knew this would be a wonderful shave! After the poor lather and weepers yesterday, I decided to go for a rare DE shave today, and it paid off. After two passes plus touch ups, I walked out of the den BBS and my face could not have been any better hydrated if I'd been soaking it in water! Now, as I post, the Arome 3 is wafting around me with the wonderful lavender note and I could not be happier...

Shower shave this evening. Although it is not a str8, I enjoy the shave. Running and hiding now so I don't have to listen to DNC crap
    Enjoy the night.
Now that's an old school shave...funny, I just bought an Old Spice mug and gave it to my brother last week. He also has my dads razor, 1963 slim adjustable, now if I can start him on the old spice...LOL

One of my early Flea bay purchases. Took a chance. The blade has no markings other than two lines across the tang, but really shaves great, has really hard steel kinda reminds me of a Genco, I have a couple other FWE Perfect Tempers and the tool markings don't match up, thus the 'fake'...

This mornings scritchings were heard by using...

    Brush : Men-U premiere
    Cream : Palmolive 'green' tube
Razor : Merkur Futur (setting 3)
    Blade : Tesco 'own brand'
    Balm : Nivea sensitive
    AS : Old Spice 'original'

    Once again, an impeccable result.

    Prep: Hot Shower
Razor: 9/8 Wade & Butcher, The Celebrated
    Brush: Semogue 610
    Soap: Crabtree & Evelyn Sienna
    A/S: Sienna After Shave Balm

Result: Good early morning shave. I am in a hotel in San Francisco this morning. I stopped at a mall in Santa Clara yesterday on my way to San Francisco to meet with a client. While there, I visited the Crabtree & Evelyn store to see what they had in stock. This is one of the few remaining stores in California. They had a full stock of their shaving gear, including the new West Indian Lime soap and cream. The scent was great, but I left with the Sienna soap. I love the smell of this soap and balm. This soap lathered easily and is a great performer. I am glad I picked it up and I expect it will last a while. Now, off to work here in the city before I head home to attend my son's football game tonight. Good Friday to you all.
