Hi, Gabor Gunkel is a Hungarian custom maker living in Germany. His web site:

Almost the best part is the edge; I can do sharp but not sharp and ultra-smooth like this Michael

Shave prep Evening shave, just a hot splash of water on my face
    Brush: D.R. Harris
    Preshave: Proraso Pre
    Soap: Martin De Candre
    Scuttle: Simple soup bowl
    Razor: Revisor 6/8 - Seaman
Strop: Kanayama 20 canvas strokes and 60+ strokes on the leather
After Shave Splash: Nivea aftershave Balm

    Notes:
Sometimes uncertain if I do a ‘time-doesn’t-matter’-evening shave or just a regular morning shave. A quick morning routine would be 45minutes from walking into the bathroom, shower, shave, dress, clean the blade, (also zen time) until putting my shoes on and go for breakfast. B.t.w. this didn’t include stropping.

Evening shaves can take more time but lack the advantage of the shower heat. But when done properly and not having to mind too much about anything since this is shaving time, the results can be perfect. The not minding part is my favorite anyway!

    Ridiculously smooth result.
