Same razor as my Friday night shave, but last night I took it for a run on the Norton 4/8 followed by the Naniwa 12k
I can honestly say that tonights shave was the best I've had with the Crown & Sword.
A fantastic 2 pass shave, this is the best I've felt all day.

Result: I picked up this W&B a while back from Ebay for $36. It had a pretty good chip near the heel, and I don't think the seller knew these original scales were ivory. It took me a while yesterday to hone out the chip, then some patience to set the bevel. Once that happened, I went agead and sanded and polished the blade, then honed it to shave readiness. It was well worth the effort. Like most W&B's, this is one smooth shaver that takes a wicked sharp edge. Off to work! Have a fantastic Tuesday!
