    I'll keep that in mind. Normally I like a pretty hot lather, and I noticed that the effect of the soap makes it hard to tell how hot the lather really is.

    Razor: AD Arbenz ( UK Registered Company, but +Jounge+ FR? on tang)
    Soap: Super-Max
    Mug: Staffordshire
    Brush: Vintage LatherRight
    Aftershock: none
    Splash: AV “ICE”
    The Day: Snowing 6” / 250mm on the ground 8 more hours of snow expected.

    The Shave: Close and clean..Now to shovel; and some shop work calls!

    The fun of trying things makes the day go a bit better and quicker!

    Razors: Iwasaki + GEM Micromatic (for head)
    Soap: Cade + some Muhle cream (it fell out of the full bathroom cabinet and I thought it must have been meant for this shave )
    AS: Arko
    Strops: Neil Miller
    Result: Very, very clean
