Hot shower prep
Razor: “MM&Co” ( Made by Le Coulter ?)
Soap: Proraso old style
Mug: German
Brush: Silvertip
Aftershock: none
Splash: Pinaud “Clubman”
The Day: Overcast and storm is brewing -6ºC. The Shave: A good close shave from the J.LeCoulter blade and the rest of the performers played their parts well! This is one of the many razors stamped with names other than j. Le Coulter; there were many branded sellers in all the major countries at the turn of the century
The fun of trying things makes the day go a bit better and quicker!

Brush: Le Tuft with Simpson knot
Razor: Max Sprecher
Soap: Castle Forbes Lime
AS: Old Spice Musk
Strops: Neil Miller
Result: Very, very clean
Fantastic razor, that Max made with a lovely ½ hollow grind, but my right ear lob wasn't quick enough to fold and got a small nick from this slightly pointy point, nothing serious though, all in all a very nice and good shave!

Hot water prep
John Creswick Celebrated For Barbers Use razor - Generic Silvertip badger brush - Olivia's Eichenmoos ss grated in an Ueber with glycerin and a tiny bit of Palmolive sc - Boker mug - cold water splash - Pitralon NOS 60's as
The last chance for the Eichenmoos and there's light at the end of the tunnel. The grated soap in an Ueber with glycerin and Palmolive gave something resembling lather and actually maintaining form. Though it turned out a bit "foamy" rather than creamy, I'm not willing to give up yet. I really dig the scent of the Eichenmoos and want to make it work. At least today there was progress and that's always good. The Creswick delivered beautifully and after my usual cold water splash, I did the "manly 60's" thing of simply splashing loads of high-alcohol-content after shave on my face. No sting, so that means the razor (and the Thuri) delivered again.
