It felt quite flimsy and the handle felt heavier than the blade itself.

Looks very similar to my Hellberg. It doesn't take too long to get used to the lightness of a frameback, and the Swedish steel is excellent.

Hot Water Wash, Merkur 37C Slant, Omega Boar, Tabac Shavestick, Clubman AS

Where has this thing been all my life? For years I was convinced that the Gillette Single Ring was the most aggressive DE made. I stand corrected. What an absolutely incredible shave. Completely and totally catfish belly smooth and likely one of the best shaves of my lifetime. I'll echo what has been said elsewhere, if you're still looking at a slant do yourself a favor. If your hands are on the larger side I'd recommend the 39C. No doubt this one works like a champ for me.

What a wonderful shave today. Missed shaving yesterday so I had plenty of growth to cut. I stropped the Dickens out of the T.I. and it performed like a champion. And the Clubman finished my A+ shave.

If I was asked to give up all my DE handles but one the 37C would have to be one of the top contenders!
Using a Feather in that Slant?..

    Strop - Jemico
Prep - Hot water + shave towel
    Pre-Shave - Musgo Real Glyce
    Brush - Vulfix bristle
    Soap - Proraso
    Mug - Proraso
Razor - 7/8 Joseph Elliot double concave
Post - Thayers + Nivea balm

Decided to try out Proraso. I'm not sure if I like it or not, kind of like shaving with "Icy Hot" I'll use it a few more times before I pass judgement.
