SOAP - Jabonman
BRUSH - Kimson
RAZOR - Dubl Duck Special No1
My flock has grown, duck number six has a nice large blade 13/16, (i tend to like larger blades)
It shaved as well as i expected, i don't think you can go wrong with a duck if it has a nice edge.

Razor | J A Hellberg Frameback | Superlather | Edwin Jagger Sea Buckthorn/Faulding's 'Shave' cream
After Shave | Tabac
Very pleasant shave this morning; the superlather worked well and the razor was smooth and sharp. I’m enjoying my framebacks of late; I find I’m using them more than my others.
It was workout day today and I felt quite adequate, I ended up doing a hundred and 42 pushups and seventy two chin ups + leg work (step ups, leg presses and leg curls) and some dips in 30 minutes. I think I’ll make the goal 150 pushups and 75 chinups, so the workout will go (i.e. the goal is):
Pushups (nose to floor) 30, 30, 30
Stepups on box 1.5 minutes, 1.5 minutes, 1.5 minutes
Wide grip overhand Chinups 10, 10, 10
(no rest between exercises, 1 min between tri-sets)
Pushups (feet raised on box) 20, 20, 20
Leg press, 95k, 20, 20, 20
Medium grip overhand Chinups 9, 9, 9
(no rest between exercises, 1 min between tri-sets)
Body weight dips, nose to bar (i.e. nose to depth of handles) 10, 10, 10
Leg Curls 60k 10, 10, 10
Close grip underhand Chinups 6, 6, 6
I know all that bored most of you, in fact I’m a little bored by the post myself. Oh. Here’s something interesting. Saw a dead Echidna on the road today. Sad, but still interesting, you don’t see many dead Echidnas on the road. I'm unsure why I'm capitalising echidna'. Maybe out of respect for the dead, or just plain sadness. Dead animals on the road upset me.
I also saw a sign advertising the selling of children and eiderdowns. I call them 'quilts', but the sign (advertising the daily specials) called them ‘doonas’. So the sign read:
Daily Specials
kids
Doonas
I would have thought it illegal to sell kids, and even advertising you’re selling kids (without actually doing so) is probably illegal (false advertising for sure).
I REALLY wanted to stop the car and go in and and tell them, but I guess they’ll need to find out the hard way.
I suppose they’ll already be in custody, trying to explain the cages full of kids for sale or else trying to explain why they were advertising something they didn’t have. Then again, Macca D’s constantly advertises those hamburgers they don’t sell. I always (on the seldom occasions I go to Macca D’s) want to say “No, sorry, I want one of those in that picture, there, I think this sloppy mess you’ve given me is called something else…”
Hey, bee tee double you. The spell checker wants to replace 'echindna' with 'chinaman'. Now that would have been interesting, more so than some tic ridden effing echidna...Last edited by carlmaloschneider; 05-21-2013 at 09:24 AM.
Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?
