As the forecasted high is 89 deg. F. today, I filled the scuttle with cold water and an all Proraso shave! Warm water rinse and a cold water splash left me refreshed and ready to start the day.

Pre : Hot water, Kiehl's facial fuel wash, Proraso pre-post cream
    Soap : Old Spice cream
    Brush : Progress Vulfix 404
Razor : 1969 Gillette "Black beauty" (#9 setting)
    Blade : Feather
Post : Proraso pre-post cream, cold water, M&S Autograph balm

    Finish : BBS

    Comments :
More new stuff. Some Old Spice shaving cream arrived from India. My only gripe with this stuff is that there's not enough in the tube. The razor was set to #9, regardless of using a Feather blade, and it's a damn sight milder than the Merkur Futur is on its aggressive setting. I can see why these razors are popular, and can't wait for the Fatboy to be delivered. Finally, I decided to try the Marks and Spencers Autograph shaving balm. It's runnier than the Nivea post shave balm I've used for the past year or two, but that only means that my skin isn't left as greasy.
