aaahhh my first post in this thread with a cut ... my style is i shave one half of my face and neck at a time .. im blind in my right eye so i usually start on that half ... wwweeelll that side went smooth as can be , so off to my left side ( my good side ) first couple strokes , good to go , well goin to get my last pass on the upper face i turned my head for who knows why and stuck myself with my barbers notch ...lol.. note to self !! dont turn your face into the toe or your razor

About 5 minutes later than I really should have been - should have gone back to the cartridge. About twice as tired as I am normally - should have used cartridge. Radio was on - should have turned it off. Shavette blade was three shaves old - should have changed it. Mind was clearly not in the right place, even whilst lathering - should have reached for the cartridge. Result - inch long scratch right in the middle of my right cheek with a nice chunk in the middle from the point of the disposable blade. 7 shaves in, first proper cut - reminder that I am still at the start of this learning curve.

it shouldnt matter if the blade has been used 3 time.
makesure blade is secure in shavvee before you start. i know with mine the blade is slips on one side a little.
