Not a chance. But the ice talks. You will hear crackling noises . You go out 10 feet from the shore drill a test hole to measure ice thickness. 4 inches is walkable 2 feet is driveable safely. Drilling the hole has 4 handles , two bicycle hands across from each other. Gas powered auger 4ft in legth . 10HP engines. make the area look like a sieve on a grid but outside your door so you can see your field of view in a glance. We go out 1 mile off shore Lake Erie in Jan & Feb, get off before Mar 15th. Coast Guard has to be called every year because of some rookie. Sheets will break off size of a football field after that.

I so far have two razors from Japan coming and will be buying a couple more
