NOS Wapienica SFK FSM wedge 5/8. Yep another small wedge. Getting where I really like them.
This quote by Glen describes my feelings well."The 1/4 grind plows through hair so it requires less finesse to get a good shave..."
Wanted to try a heavy scale. Hopefully the temper has some depth and if scales become to heavy I'll change them. Supposedly easy honed of which I'm getting ready to try. And I can shine the dickens outta the scales without fear... I drift...

Just a lighted magnifier for my phone. Easier to teach with the enlarged images. I also ordered 6 of the lighted magnifiers themselves, cheaper and without the clip assembly, which I've used since I started. I have a large scope but it is a bit unwieldy for anything but a final inspection of an edge a 100x

I've got a loupe just like that, and it really helped me when I was learning to hone. Especially since there were no folkslocally that I could ask, so I used my phone's camera to upload pics here .
Btw, if you know where to look for them, the batteries are cheap-ish ($4-$6 for a pack of 6?). It probably has to do with the volume of units sold that this certain type of store does. It is the kind of store that usually asks for I.D. if you "look under 40" (well, that's the rule of thumb here...), but that isn't because of a liquor license. If this description befuddles you, shoot me a PM for the answer lol.Decades away from full-beard growing abilities.
