Got that 7 day set in and I was not disappointed. I was a tiny bit concerned about a spot on one blade (Tuesday, third one down in front of the heel) that it could be a crack but it turns out to be just a stain. Those bellied extra hollow Böker blades are so paper thin it happens easily. I hate to be so quick to jump but I was afraid it would disappear while I was vacillating. It has happened to me before. Even though there is some minor damage to a couple those scales are fabulous. I couldn't be happier. I had my first shave with one today. I was going to post a SOTD but time did not allow this morning. Maybe tomorrow. I have been cleaning them up little at a time and I will get some good pics along the way. Since I split my finger in half my dexterity is not what it used to be so I am proceeding with extreme caution. Holding on to things has become a bit of a challenge but, that's life.

That a good description, It's more spicy than floral though. The amber, sandalwood and oakmoss provide a masculine base. It's really quite intriguing.

5 boxes of Sextoblades...which is a funny name since there are 5 in the box and they called it a "Sextoblade" because it came with 6 blades.


I WISH they were still $.50/ box but at least they are all in good shape.

Judging by the price they probably arent but are they honeable/stropable?

Sextoblade actually made a handle to accept the blade and hone it, even had their own hone!
