Hi everybody! As you know recently I haven't had much luck with purchases so I decided to try again by ordering this, what do you say? It's a Koraat, 7/8 near wedge, ebony scales. It will take a couple of months but I hope it's worth it...

Thank you Pete! I think I've seen some of your razors and they must have been of inspiration! Mr Ulrik is really friendly and didn't ask any money to start the work. I don't have any experience about near wedge sr but since I've a metallic beard think it should be fine. We'll see!

Not really from the mail but a friend of mine found this stuff plus a couple of straights for me. The straights are junk so no pics. 2 brushes, 9 old Gillette DE blades, and this travel razor. It's marked only with Made in Germany. Two-piece handle closed comb. Has the two bullets hanging down like the old-style Gillettes. No names or makers mark. I'm guessing 1950's? Does anyone have any clue to the dating of this or who might have made it? The travel case is still in great shape.
BTW, I've cleaned these brushes so what you see is what they are. The makers mark on the Shave brush is worn badly but I think it says "Fuller". Someone has scratched into it and marked it 1917 with someone name and such but I can't make out much besides the date.
Anyway, I tipped my buddy and I'm out a little more than I really wanted but this will get him looking harder for me. Now if he remembers to text me a picture before buying. Ha. Well, You got to start somewhere when on the hunt. And teaching others to hunt for ya.It's just Sharpening, right?
