Jerry, the big brush is a talc brush. There are videos on YouTube on how to use them. If you are into talc they are priceless.

There has been some bad press about talc recently. Apparently the J&J baby powder has contained asbestos and has now been removed from the market.

I’d avoid using it and keep it just as a collectible.

    Don’t inhale it!
Talc has been know to be bad for our lungs for some time. If you are gentle with the brush you will not create the cloud.

Always been about the corn starch. Being out in the real heat, talc just globs.
    Man dust, eh? Sounds stinky!

Lessee...Ingredients: Arrowroot, White Kaolin Clay, Zinc Oxide, Essential Oils

A body powder thread should be started somewhere? Anti-monkeybutt powder. Google THAT!

Yea, going back almost 30 years the bags of talc, think it was Pfizer brand, we were unloading to be used in the pulp mill were labelled as a carcinogen. There is a reason they quit using talc in barbershops years ago.

Corn starch was a favourite for prevention of baboon butt in the mill also.

Zinc is good stuff. It is in a lot of body powders and the like. It help to make an unfavourable environment for the nasty bacteria that off gas and produce less desirable body odours. I use zinc ointment as a deoderant.
