Odd thing is you used to be able to buy Palmolive shave cream in North America nearly anywhere. It are not sold in that market anymore and has to be imported. You can add Proraso Blue shave cream to the list of Proraso products.

You can get it from some online retailers. They are quite expensive getting them this way though. For example, Italian Barbers has them on sale for CDN$9.12, regular CDN$15.64. I was lucky to be in France this year, and paid a bit less than 2€00 for a tube of Palmolive Classic. I also got a Williams shave cream for about the same price.
