Deadlifts 200x7x 2, 200kgx5 x2 @2min
Pullups bodyweight only 7 x 3@ 1min

Saw chiro Wednesday and today, issues with right forearm and knee, lower back and hips. Wasn't allowed to do anything that loaded back and forearm stuffed up a few too. Whats above is what I managed to complete. Hopefully better on Monday

Everything is hit and miss at the moment as I try do what I am able. The routine will stay the same and will do what I can week to week until can figure out why the problem is occurring. Will post again once everything's sorted. Hopefully being hit and miss on some of the bigger stuff I dont go back too far.
