I've been going to the gym daily or near so since February. I do a min. of 1 hour cardio, moderate sweating on bike, treadmill, and/or elliptical whenever I go. Last night I did all three for 1.5 hours. Today I am busy with paper and housework so I won't have time to go.
Goal is to lose 25 pounds and then start P90X.

There were actually a few of us but the others haven't posted in a while. I keep posting as it's easy to keep track of where I'm at and is accessible anywhere.
There were a couple runners, Tony rode a fair bit and others with various routines. Hopefully all are still at it and reaching their own goals.
