Nope. This kind of stuff is best left to those who can handle it. I can't handle it, even the kindergarten stuff is too much for me. When I was young and in my prime, I may have been able to keep up with you guys. But those are days of long ago and just a pleasant memory now. Stay safe!

One thing that I respect about fitness is that there are so many ways of doing it and there's something for everyone. I do what works for me and my body type.

Some of the others were riding and running distances that would kill me and that was just thier before work workout. It works for them and I only dream of being able to run like that same as if they tried my weights they probably wouldn't make it to far.

If you can find something that you like doing and it keeps you active and fit. Go for it. Mine started as a way to help with back pain but soon became something I truly enjoy doing.

Another exercise I will have to drop weight. Will drop deads back one increment so 210 is last set. Hopefully won't be too long to build up again but at least was only 1 exercise. I pretty well knew this was going to happen having to stop.

I still think dumbell presses on the floor are still full range of motion for the exercise(not the joint )

Perhaps but it doesn't leave a safe way to bail out. I exercise in the shed by myself often hours before anyone would find me. At least on the bench if I drop the weight I don't run the risk of a 50kg dumbbell coming back towards my head after it hits the floor.

skull crushers should be renamed to face lift/attitude adjusters just for that reason
