I think technically its lying tricep extension but I don't quibble. I like to do the like Arnie did and have your arms at an angle away from the body at the top. Really does focus it on the tricep.

No they don't match my training style. If I did lighter weight looking for pump then it would be ok but they ain't for maximal lifting. Some bars I do have a foam padding added but it is on the one's where grip is less important

Well I did break my record by 40 miles. Cycled 160 miles in 10:30 hours - 12:30 hours if you count the breaks. 90 degrees and sunny so made for a rough afternoon. The saving grace is that by 5 PM the sun was setting and it cooled down a lot. A little Debbie cake and Red Bull got me through the last 20 miles. Not bad considering I turned 55 last weekend.
