Dropping is probably for the best anyway. Have this week and next week before I have to stop for a week while on leave so will be easier to pick up again hopefully. Not looking forward to it as one week off usually means about a month getting back to where I was.

Dead lift 190, 200, 210, 220kg x5 @2min.
Pullups bodyweight only 6 x 3@ 2min
Standing bent over barbell rows 90 kg x8 x3 @2min
Bench bent over db rows 47.5 kg x8 x4 @2min
Wide grip pull down 65 kg x10 x5 @1min
Reverse wrist curls 10kg x10 x5 @consecutive alternating

42 5kg. Cross body Hammer curls with a stand bars might be a little more difficult because of the plates diameter.
Same weight for arm stall pull overs and farmers carry.

Started back into it today. Went well after the break and only had to drop weight on incline bench. Am supposed to go easy as per doc's orders this week so will likely have to go lighter on back and legs as issues in hip/core. Didn't have issues today but deads and squats likely will.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

Oooh no, that is not us, you posted a link to daycare, a gym where you just hold the weight, like it's some sort of bizarre talking stick where people just talk about what they hope to do with the weight and what they will eventually look like if the ever figure out what a set is.Does this process sound like something you take part in? no disrespect and I hear they have candy for good little boys and girls by the door on your way in and out.
