    Single rep awkward lifts definently count. You have a good grasp of kgs. Is stuff still mainly in pounds there or have metric units started to be used.

    Was a good workout

    Dead lift 180, 190, 200, 210kg x5 @2min.
    Pullups bodyweight only 6 x 3@ 2min
    Standing bent over barbell rows 90 kg x8 x3 @2min
    Bench bent over db rows 47.5 kg x8 x4 @2min
    Wide grip pull down 65 kg x10 x5 @1min
    Reverse wrist curls 10kg x10 x5 @consecutive alternating
    Wrist curls 20kg x10 x5 @consecutive alternating

    Made reps on deads and barbell rows for the first week and db rows and pulldowns for the second.

    Thank you, and yes everything is still mainly in pounds, the only people that have successfully converted to the metric system are Drug dealers and Doctors
    .... oh and those that agree that everyone else uses metric, we should had switched in the 70's.
    people hate visiting I have the scale set to Kg and they think the scale is broken, then you tell them take that nuber and multiply it bu 2.23 and they are to lazy to do that.

    20 kg ouch how do you manage that without your forearm trying to take some of the load.

    I do them on a bench with wrist and weight over edge and forearm flat across bench.

    Back squats 160, 170, 180, 190kgs x 8 reps @2min
    Straight leg deads 110, 120, 130, 140kg x 8 reps @2min
    Leg extensions 75 x 10 @1min
    Single leg curls 37.5 x10 x5 @1min

    Bench dips plus 82.5kgs x 8 reps x 4 sets @2min
    Skull crushers 42.5kg x8 x4 @2min
    Pushdowns 75 x 10 x5 @1min

    Ez bar curl 50kg x8reps x4sets @2min
    Cross body dumbell hammer curl 22.5kg x 8 x4 @2min
    Dumbell incline curl 20kg x8 x4 @2min

    Made reps on squats, dips and skull crushers for the second week

    I use the ez bar across my waist. I have a stool a bit higher than the bench I use for my feet so the zig zag in the bar keeps it in place nicely and being shorter the weight sits just at the edge of bench while resting.

    I liked the parallel bar dips I used to do but think they were part of the shoulder problem I was getting. Haven't had it re occour since I stopped them.
