I essentially will use the same pyramid and weight but instead of upping the weight I will up the reps so doing reasonably heavy weight for high reps. Should take a while to get there. The weight is already decently heavy and although I'm 37 know that if I keep jacking up the weight I am likely to damage something or stuff my joints. I figured that this might be a middle ground so will give it a try.

    Todays workout
    Db bench press 32.5, 37.5, 42.5, 47.5kg x8 @2min
    Db incline press 37.5kg x8 x4 @2min
    Db decline press 37.5kg x8 x4 @2min
    Db flyes 22.5kg x8 x4 @2min

    Shoulder press 62.5kg x8 x4 @2min
    Front lat raise 20kg x8 x4 @2min
    Side lat raise 20kg x8 x4 @2min
    Bent forward db reverse flyes 17.5kg x8 x4 @2min
    Barbell shrugs 160kg x8 x4 @1min

Made reps on both flat and incline presses and shrugs. Will up weight for both incline press and shrugs.

Standing bent over barbell rows 80 kg x8 x4 @2min
Bench bent over db rows 45 kg x8 x4 @2min
    Close grip v handle pull down 57.5 kg x 8 x 4 @1min

I went for a two mile run this evening. It was really dark and kind of cold.
This is the first workout in about a week and a half. Last week I was battling the flu and piles. It was pretty miserable which made this evening's run even sweeter.

I workout in my shed/workshop which is fibre board walled and has a flat top tin roof. The weather here is heating up again and with summer temperatures regularly between 35 and 42 degrees c outside it is a sauna inside so today I got a decent fan. Its 750mm industrial strength and really moves some air. Todays workout was less of a sweat session and it will really be put to use this summer.
