I went for a 2.5 mile run this afternoon on a mulch trail.

    Yesterday's lower body routine:
    Squat jumps 2x10
    Dumbbell squats 2x10
Body weight lunges 2x8, each side
Bridges 30 seconds both legs, 20 seconds single leg on each side
    Reverse crunches 2x25
Single leg balance 3x30, each side

I'd dropped the rowing for a while to see if that might help me gain some weight. I'm up a few more lbs, so I'm going to add it back in and see what happens.

Skill work has been free standing headstands and against the wall handstands.

Strength work has been Lsit pullups, ring dips, heel-up pistol squats (poor ankle mobility), a mix of one leg and tucked Lsits on the floor, pseudo planche pushups, and tucked ice cream makers.

Spent Saturday at an indoor mountain bike park in Cleveland. Rays has stuff for everyone. Snow and cold outside while riding inside an old warehouse.

No idea how far I rode but left there tired.

    Db incline press 40kg x8 x4 @2min
    Db decline press 37.5kg x8 x4 @2min
    Db flyes 22.5kg x8 x4 @2min

    Shoulder press 62.5kg x8 x4 @2min

Jump to 7:15 on the video. He only did half the green trail and it more insane on the back end. Spent most of my time running that or in the red area that has you going over logs and rocks.
