I ran in a long sleeve performance t-shirt with a fleece jacket on top. Regular running shorts and running pants on the bottom. Light wool gloves and a stocking cap went on the hands and feet. Honestly, I wear the same clothes for 20 deg F thru 60 deg F. If it's colder I will wear a light shell over the t-shirt.

Did 25 miles today - finally had a break in the weather where it wasn't raining or snowing. Temp was 32 degrees F but had a great time. Stopped and had a great cup of coffee, bowl of tomato bisque soup, and a piece of pie.

Side plank 30 seconds each side
