Today's Beefcake Session:
Pushups 10, 20, 10
Burpees 10
Dumbell squats 2x10
Squat jumps 2x10
Jump rope 30seconds, 60 seconds
Alternating side lunges 10 each side with weights, 10 each side without
Bird dogs 2x10 each side w/one second pause
Anyone have any exercize related resolutions for the New Year? I think I'm going to give up running. It's a dirty, stinking habit.

First run of the year...a three mile trail run at the state park. Seeing a group of deer and a turkey on the drive home was a bonus.
