This evening I ran two miles at 180 steps/minute. I'm trying to increase me tempo from around 170.
My fitness goals for the year are 1) to run the half marathon I did last autumn and shave 15 minutes off my time, 2) do at least one other local race, 3) increase the number of pushups I am able to do, and 4) get to where I can do multiple pullups.

Thursday's lower body routine:
Single leg squat 2x6, each side
Dumbell squat 2x8
Weighted walking lunges 2x14 steps, each side
Leg raies 2x10
Clamshells 2x10
Reverse crunches 45
Hand to foot stability ball pass 10
Planks 2x30 seconds
Single leg balance 2x30 seconds, each leg
Standing calf raises 12

.... its a cold day, had to bring the pants inside ... and now the workout begins. up down up down to pull the cat out of the windows where the plants are , so there will be something left to put outside when its above 32°F in addition to the other weights, don't know what will ware me out first.

Upped reps for dips
Back squats 120, 130, 140, 150 x 8 @2min
Straight leg deads 100, 110, 120, 130 x 8 @2min
Leg extensions 45, 55, 65, 75 (full stack) x 9 @1min
Single leg curls 32.5, 32.5, 32.5, 32.5 x 8 @1min
Parallel bar dips body weight +25kg x9 x 4 @2min
Skull crushers 40kg x8 x4 @1min
Pushdowns 60, 65, 70, 75(stack) x 9 @1min
Ez bar curl 42.5kg x8 x4 @2min
Dumbell incline curl 17.5kg x 8 x4 @1min
Dumbell hammer curl 20kg x 8 x 4 @1min
Made reps on squats and Ez bar curls this week. Will wait another week and try slow down the tempo for squats before upping the reps. Made the exact same number of reps total on dips as only made five on last set but damn that was hard. Hopefully I can keep the exercises moving up in reps as smoothly as I have for weight.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed
