Today's Workout Thread
Went for a comfortable 20km ride this morning before work. Actually got home before my alarm would have normally woken me up. [emoji23]

Thursday's Upper body workout:
Push-ups 10, 15, 15, 10
Swimmer's press 2x10
Overhead tricep extensions 2x10
Front/side raises 6
Dumbbell lat raises 10
Supermans 2x10 w/two second pause
Russian twist 2x15, each side
Standing calf raises 2x10
Toe curls 2x10

Upped weight for hammer curls. Was supposed to up weight for pushdowns but missed that
Back squat 100, 110, 120, 130 x 8
Straight leg deads 80, 90, 100, 110 x 8
Leg extensions 40, 50, 60, 70 x 8
Single leg curls 25, 25, 25, 25, x 8
Parallel bar dips body weight +15kg x8 x 4
Skull crushers 35kg x8 x4
Pushdowns 50, 55, 60, 65 x 8
Barbell bar curl 40kg x8 x4
Dumbell hammer curl 17.5kg x 8 x4
Dumbell incline curl 15kg x 8 x4
Made reps for squats, leg extensions, leg curls, barbell curls and pushdowns. Will try to up weight for pushdowns next week.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed
