    Tuesday's lower body strength training:
    Squat jumps 2x10
    Forward lunges 2x8
    Rear lunges 2x8
    Dumbell squats 10
    Standing calf raises 2x10
    Bridges 3x30 seconds, second and third were single leg
    Crunches 2x30
    Planks 2x45 secs
    Single leg balances 3x30 secs, each leg

    Dead lift 160, 170, 180, 190 kg x 5
    Standing bent over barbell rows 75 kg x8 x4
    Bench bent over db rows 37.5 kg x8 x4
    Narrow grip pull down 55 kg x 8 x4 done at double speed(sets not reps)

    Made reps on Dumbell rows

    Just saying they exsist but there is still a huge gap between 25 and 50 where you would need a 35 lb plate and your forced to get Olympic bars.
    I have both olympic and standard weight plates but only use olympic for any barbell stuff and just use the standard for dumbbells. Have .5, 1, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10 kg plates in standard. Used to have a couple 20kg ones but sold them when I got olympic stuff. In Olympic I know you can get .5 and 1 plates but don't have any. I have 1.25, 5, 10 and 20. Can also get 15kgs but don't see the point. I have dumbbells, ez bar and barbell in Olympic so does help. Will need to get more 10s and 20s though.

    Back up to full speed after a recovery week, all healed up. Stadium stairs this morning, full out, felt good to push it again.

    Brand new baby girl arrived, so most of my time is dedicated to that for now. The workout I did sneak in went like this:

    -3x12 Squats
    -3x12 Flat Benchpress
    -3x10 Overhead Press
    -3x12 Dumbbell Bicep Curls
    -3x10 Tricep Extensions
