Dumbell squats 10
Bird dogs 2x10
Pushups 15
Plank 39 secs
Standing calf raises 12
Today's run: 4.2 miles on wood chip trail.

I had to drag myself to the gym today, it was tough but I never regret going!

2 x 10 skullcrusher followed by burn out set
2 x 10 military press followed by burn out set
