    Yesterday's strength trIning:
    Squat jumps 10
    Nump rope 60 secs
    Alternating side lunges 10, each side
    Burpies 10
    Dumbell squats 10
    Bird dogs 2x10
    Pushups 15
    Plank 39 secs
    Standing calf raises 12

    Today's run: 4.2 miles on wood chip trail.

    Db flyes 15 x8 x4
    Db bent over row 35 x8 x4
    Close grip pull down 50 x8 x4
    Arnold press 20 x8 x4
    Lateral raise 12.5 x8 x4

    30 Box Jumps
    40 O/H Wtd walking lunges @45
    50 Wtd Sit-ups @25
    225 singles (jump rope)
    400m Run
    225 singles
    50 Wtd Sit-ups
    40 O/H wtd walking lunges
    30 box jumps
    20 slam balls
    10 push press
    400m Run

    Finished in36:08, I must admit I do like the longer ones much better than the sprint workouts.

    I had to drag myself to the gym today, it was tough but I never regret going!
    4 x 10 squats
    4 x 8 bench
    2 x 10 skullcrusher followed by burn out set
    2 x 10 military press followed by burn out set

    I did spend a further 2 days in hospital this week for another small op.

    Still managed a 46k ride this morning.

    Straight leg deads 70, 70, 80, 90 x 8

    Bench dips with raise legs + 10kg x 10 x 4
    Pushdowns 40, 45, 50, 55 x 8
    Ez bar curl 30kg x8 x4
    Dumbell incline curl 10kg x 8 x4
