    I've been resting a sore ankle so ive missed a couple of workouts. This evening I ran 3.6 miles on a wood chip trail.

    My quads are a little stiff this morning after the past 3 days cycling so will rest today and then get up early tomorrow morning to ride before work.

    Db bench press 20, 25, 30, 35kg x8
    Db incline press 25kg x8 x4
    Db decline press 25kg x8 x4
    Db flyes 15kg x8 x4

    Shoulder press 47.5kg x8 x4
    Front lat raise 12.5kg x8 x4
    Side lat raise 12.5kg x8 x4
    Bent forward db reverse flyes 10kg x8 x4
    Barbell shrugs 110 x8 x4

    Made reps on flat, incline and decline presses and shrugs.

    Sore hams today. Ice skating for the first time after leg day is not fun. Spent most of my time bent foward pushing my son around on some kids aid.

    Dead lift 140, 150, 160, 170 x 5

    Standing bent over barbell rows 70 x8 x4

    Bench bent over db rows 30 x8 x4

    Close grip pull down 50 x 8 x4 done at double speed(sets not reps)

    Made the 170 on deads today again so next week so can go to 180kgs.

    I've see Zwift before but I'm not a IDT type person.
