Couldn't work out yesterday so big one today
Db bench press 22.5, 27.5, 32.5, 37.5kg x8
Db incline press 27.5kg x8 x4
Db decline press 27.5kg x8 x4
Db flyes 15kg x8 x4
Dead lift 150, 160, 170, 180 x 5
Standing bent over barbell rows 70 x8 x4
Bench bent over db rows 30 x8 x4
Close grip pull down 50 x 8 x4 done at double speed(sets not reps)
Shoulder press 47.5kg x8 x4
Front lat raise 12.5kg x8 x4
Side lat raise 12.5kg x8 x4
Bent forward db reverse flyes 10kg x8 x4
Barbell shrugs 120kg x8 x4
Made reps last 2 workouts for shoulder presses and shrugs so will need to up the weight next workout.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

Nothing today because of a scan I had to have this morning but hope to have a double session tomorrow. CX ride in the morning before work and a SS ride in the evening.

10k LSD on Sunday. Yester day morning was 2k warm up/2k cool down, 1k of 100m sprints, then squats/pushups/leg drops/ bridges to bring the HR down, then sprint again.

Did a 6k fartlek on Tuesday, then ran the west side of the football stadium Wednesday, upper and lower bowl. Workout soundtrack provided by live mariachi band at 6am.

Rest day today. 10 minutes on stationary bike to loosen legs up, 40 minute stretch, 2x8 pullups with 20lb assist 2x8 dips with 20lb assist; core work: 3 min plank rotisserie, 20x bird dog, 50x twists, 20x v-sits.

A 31km ride this morning before work with the usual Friday crew.
Got my pipes blown out and at one stage thought I'd pop a valve.Tony
