Standing bent over barbell rows 70 x8 x4
Bench bent over db rows 30 x8 x4

Dropped my singlespeed off yesterday at the bike shop for them to give it a service before my race next month. I asked them to also look at the wheel bearings and spoke tensioning.
Got a phone call this morning to say that my rims are basically toast as there are some small cracks and deforming around the spoke nipple holes.
Replacement rims, new spokes and a rebuild is now going to set me back approx $225.
I can't really complain too much as those rims are probably at least 5 years old and have served me well with no issues whatsoever.Tony
