Planned on a +- 90km ride this morning with full race gear for my upcoming race.

Started off with a slight drizzle which increasingly became worse until I thought Noah was about to sail past. Packed it in after 28km's.

Would a water Blatter do you better on your back, so you don't have to bend down for the bottle.

I had a 2lt bladder in my backpack. The bottles were just for added weight but came in handy to remove mud from my brakes.

I just got back from a two mile run on a groomed trail.
First workout in several weeks due to some Achilles Tendonitis. The foot felt good and it was nice to get back on the trails.

40 minute bike ride today. Been out of the gym for a bit, busy working. I'll get back at it next week. The good thing is I haven't noticed any major muscle loss, actually the 2 week hiatus was probably a good recovery for my muscles. Have a good week gents!
