That sounds like fun, Cincinnatus. Did you ride to work this morning?

Yea - no. I actually don't feel that bad but I would rather spend the day recovering.

Went hiking on the weekend, 47km total, the vertical was equivalent to 93 stories up on the way in, and the same going down on the way out. Snowed yesterday morning.

If it were flat yes - but we came to the two freeway overpasses and I am super competitive on hills so in each case I was racing two of the other guys in the group. The hills came at miles 95 and 97 and I wasn't going to lose so the max heart rate came on the first hill. The second hill was shorter and only hit around 138.

I wasn't going to let some 30 year old guys beat me! Age and treachery beat youth and exuberance.... Worst case - tell them their shoe is untied (even though they have velcro) then pedal like you stole it when they look down.

Assisted dip and assisted chinup are in the beginning. For some reason I just hate chin-ups so I start with that to get it over with

Today I watched the younger guys going about their exercises, and I was secretly very pleased that despite my greying hair, I am a lot stronger than most of them
I see very often in the gym. Young guys with bad form, always amazed they aren't carrying injuries. And the others who have a six pack because the starve themselves.

You see some interesting stuff in my gym 😂

Today I did a treadmill session covering a little over 7k.

What, you have seen actual motion? I have only seen them pick up wreight, carry it to a near by bench, sit, flap their gums about what they will look like, get up put weight back, and leave
