Dead lift 160, 170, 180, 190 kg x 5 @2min
Standing bent over barbell rows 75 kg x8 x4 @2min
Bench bent over db rows 40 kg x8 x4 @2min
Narrow grip pull down 55 kg x 8 x 4 @1min
Made reps on pulldowns but missed barbell rows this week. Will up weight for pulldowns next week.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

Thanked: 227Got caught at work with an issue 😞 couldn't get out. So ended up doing rounds of pullups every time i passed the bar on the way to the bathroom or kitchen.

Tuesday's lower body routine:
Squat jumps 2x10
Dumbell stepups 2x10
Dumbell squats 2x8
Forward lunges 10, 8, each side
Rear lunges 10,8, each side
Bridges 2x30 secs
Reverse crunches 2x25
Standing calf raises 2x10
Toe curls 2x10
One leg balance 2x30 secs
