Looks like a great event. The scenery is incredible!

I had a nice stretching and rolling session last night in front of the fire while sipping on a beer. That helped tremendously. My plan is to do a lot of stretching and core exercises, with maybe some hiking over the weekend, then short runs next week.

Should have been as above but rows proved a problem as dumbbells not big enough and pulldowns as weight was in pounds and felt completely different as mine is straight line and you use plates not a stack. Still a good workout though and better than nothing.

Typically around a hour and 20 minutes to a hour and 30 minutes. My morning ride tends to be slower then the ride home.

    Wednesday's upper body routine:
    Swimmers press 2x8
    Bench dips 2x10
    Push-ups 3x10
    Upright dumbbell rows 2x10
    Supermans 2x10
    Russian twists 2x15
    Planks 3x30 seconds
    Air squats 2x10

I held back on this workout trying not to aggravate my hips and knee.
