Wednesday's upper body routine:
Swimmers press 2x8
Bench dips 2x10
Push-ups 3x10
Upright dumbbell rows 2x10
Supermans 2x10
Russian twists 2x15
Planks 3x30 seconds
Air squats 2x10
I held back on this workout trying not to aggravate my hips and knee.
