Tonight's run was two miles. It was supposed to be a six mile run with intervals. I have had a nagging pain on the side of my knee since last Sunday's run. It went away after a couple of days of icing but showed up about 1.5 miles into today's run. I'm really bummed since I have a trail half marathon coming up in two weeks.

Thanked: 227Just did a 10k with strava 1:02 which is pretty much as yesterday with MMR but for the first 3k or so i ran a known route and I was getting distance calls at around the right points.
Apps on a phone are never going to be perfect but close enough is close enough for my needs 😂

Did a 30k ride this morning with a couple of mates at the same place I did the trail run last weekend.
I used the Strava app on my iPhone and the total ascent recorded was 441m. My one mate who I think has the Garmin 305, recorded over 600m and the other who has the Garmin Fenix, recorded around 550m. All distances were pretty much the same.
Just shows that different devices have different ways of measuring ascent & descent.Last edited by Thug; 09-24-2016 at 11:16 AM.
