Bad week for riding. Too many things going on at home to ride. I did set a goal of 500 miles on the bike in September and last Friday I was 12 miles short. Went out at lunch today and did 15 miles and hit my goal with 10 hours remaining. Now I have to set October's goal....

Tiday's run was a four mile tempo run. I was having a lot tightness of the IT band. Nice weather for a run, though.

Only a 29km ride this morning but over 660m of ascent.

Did a 13km hike with the gf this morning in the nature reserve next door to where we cycled yesterday.

-1 hour walk with my Wife and baby, then to the gym.
-3x8 pull-ups
-3x10 incline benchpress
-3x12 incline dumbbell curls
-3x12 overhead tricep rope extensions
-3x14 leg press
-Another 45 minute walk with my Wife and baby.
