Db bench press 30, 35, 40, 45kg x8 @2min
Db incline press 35kg x8 x4 @2min
Db decline press 35kg x8 x4 @2min
Db flyes 20kg x8 x4 @2min
Shoulder press 60kg x8 x4 @2min
Front lat raise 17.5kg x8 x4 @2min
Side lat raise 17.5kg x8 x4 @2min
Bent forward db reverse flyes 15kg x8 x4 @2min
Barbell shrugs 150kg x8 x4 @1min
Was a great workout today. Dont know if it was a fluke or just a good day but made reps on all exercises. Is the second week making reps on flat bench presses and shrugs so will up weight next week.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

Dead lift 160, 170, 180, 190 kg x 5 @2min
Standing bent over barbell rows 80 kg x8 x4 @2min
Bench bent over db rows 40 kg x8 x4 @2min
Wide grip pull down 57.5 kg x 8 x 4 @1min
Made reps on both deads and dumbell rows again this week so will up weight next weekMy wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

With race season wrapped up, getting the house ready to sell has really messed up my workout schedule. Got in 4k and a bit worth of stairs this morning to shake off the rust.
