Apart from growing some facial hair for Movember, I'm going to attempt a minimum of 20 exercises during November, starting tomorrow morning.

Upped weight for both deads and dumbell rows
Dead lift 170, 180, 190, 200 kg x 5 @2min
Standing bent over barbell rows 80 kg x8 x4 @2min
Bench bent over db rows 42.5 kg x8 x4 @2min
Wide grip pull down 57.5 kg x 8 x 4 @1minMy wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed
