Dumbbell squats 2x8
Body weight lunges 2x6
Bridges 2x30 secs
Bicycles 2x15
Planks 2x30 secs
Single leg balance 2x30 secs
Clamshells 2x20

Swimmers press 2x8
Tricep bench dips 2x10
Upright dumbbell rows 2x10
Dumbbell deadlifts 2x10
Supermans 2x10 w/two second pause
Russian twists 2x10, each side

Straight leg deads 90, 100, 110, 120 x 8 @2min
Leg extensions 45, 55, 65, 75 (full stack) x 8 @1min
Single leg curls 30, 30, 30, 30 x 8 @1min
Parallel bar dips body weight +20kg x8 x 4 @2min
Skull crushers 37.5kg x8 x4 @1min
Pushdowns 60, 65, 70, 75 (stack) x 8 @1min
Barbell bar curl 42.5kg x8 x4 @2min
Dumbell incline curl 17.5kg x 8 x4 @1min
Dumbell concentration curl 20kg @1min
Made reps on dips, skull crusher a and concentration curls this week. Will up weight for dips next week.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

Upped weight for both flat bench presses and shrugs
Db bench press 32.5, 37.5, 42.5, 47.5kg x8 @2min
Db incline press 35kg x8 x4 @2min
Db decline press 35kg x8 x4 @2min
Db flyes 20kg x8 x4 @2min
Shoulder press 60kg x8 x4 @2min
Front lat raise 17.5kg x8 x4 @2min

Was another great workout today. So seems it wasnt a fluke as made reps on all exercises I didn't put up. Is the second week making reps on everything not put up so will up weight for all next week.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

39 miles to and from work on Friday. Also made my goal for October. Planned to ride at least 400 miles and came in at 431.
