Db incline press 35kg x10 x4 @2min
Db decline press 35kg x10 x4 @2min
Db flyes 17.5kg x10 x4 @2min
Shoulder press 60kg x10 x4 @2min
Front lat raise 15kg x10 x4 @2min
Side lat raise 15kg x10 x4 @2min
Bent forward db reverse flyes 15kg x10 x4 @2min
Barbell shrugs 170kg x12 x4 @1min
Static barbell holds 150kg for 15 sec x 4 @1min

Today's lower body routine:
Pushups 2x15
Squat jumps 15, 12
Dumbbell squats 2x12
Forward lunges 2x8 each side
Rear lunges 2x8 each side
Bridges 30 seconds both legs, 20 seconds single leg
Swiss ball pass 2x10
Single leg balance 30 seconds, 1 minute
Toe curls 2x10
Standing calf raises 2x12

Dead lift 150, 160, 170, 180 kg x 7 @2min
Standing bent over barbell rows 75 kg x10 x4 @2min
Bench bent over db rows 40 kg x10 x4 @2min
Close grip wide grip pull down 50 kg x 10 x 4 @1min
Reverse dumbell wrist curls 10kg x 10 x 4 @ consecutive alternating
Dumbell wrist curls 20kg x10 x4 @ consecutive alternating
Made reps on deads.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

I ran on a paved path for today's cardio. It's been raining pretty good this week so I'm staying off the dirt trails. When I checked my tracker when I got home it showed 3.1 miles, or 5k exactly.

I see it's the Barkley Marathons this weekend.
I watched that documentary on Netflix and it's a brutal test of endurance and mental stamina.

Yeah, there are a couple of Youtubers I follow who will be there and have been talking about the Barkley marathons in their recent videos.
