    It was an interesting documentary of a wild trail race. I think only 14 people have finished in the three decades the race has been ran.

    Dumbbell press 3x15
    Swimmers press 2x10
    Tricep bench dips 3x10
    Push-ups 10(five Marine style), 15, 15
    Front/side raises 2x10
    Superman's 2x10 w/ two second hold
    Weighted sit-ups 2x20

    10 minute walk

    I got in a 6 mile trail run today with five stride intervals of one minute, plus a couple of tough hills.

    An 8km run yesterday morning and a 14km run this morning. Both trail runs.

    Workout Routine #9 this afternoon

    Jump rope 2x60
    Squat jumps 2x10
    Pushups 2x10
    Single leg squats 2x10, each side
    Alternating lunges 2x10, each side
    Planks 30, 30, 45 seconds
    Dumbell squats 2x10
    Crosscrunches 2x15, each side
    Burpies 2x10
    Side leg raises 2x10, each side
    Clamshells 2x10 each side
    Toe curls 2x10, each foot
    Standing calf raises 2x12

    Db flyes 17.5kg x10 x4 @2min

    Shoulder press 60kg x10 x4 @2min
    Front lat raise 15kg x10 x4 @2min
    Side lat raise 15kg x10 x4 @2min
    Bent forward db reverse flyes 15kg x10 x4 @2min
    Barbell shrugs 170kg x12 x4 @1min

    Static barbell holds 150kg for 15 sec x 4 @1min
