Romanian deadlifts are done trying to maintain your legs with only a small bend, almost straight, they are for lower back strengthening

I entered a 32km trail race tonight that happens in July.

With a field limited to 200 runners, this is will again be an exclusive challenge for fit trail runners who love pristine nature trails. The full course is 32km long with 1700 meters of ascent and over some of the toughest, most variable terrain at high altitude on the African Escarpment. The 32km challenge is definitely not for sissies.

    EVENT FORMAT
Solo knee-breaker, single-stage trail run. There are steep up hills, down hills, technical trails, bridges and ladders.

    TERRAIN
Explore the hidden gems of the Highveld Escarpment. Gorges, kloofs, indigenous forests, sandstone labyrinths, open grasslands, waterfalls, game and birds.

It does and I'm looking forward to it. It'll prepare me well for the 4 peaks race I'm doing in September.
