Parkrun this morning.
I did plan on taking it easy but that didn't happen. Ended up with my second best time.Tony

Squat jumps 2x10
Jump rope 2x30 seconds
Pushups 25
Alternate side lunges 2x10
Burpees 10
Rear lunges 2x10
Dumbbell squats 2x10 w/two second pause
Bird dogs 2x10

This morning's 20km trail run turned out to be slightly over 21km. A value for money race again!
Still managed to break 2 hours.Tony

It's been a rainy weekend so I ran on the road today. I went out to the state park and ran 7.4 miles. I didn't feel so great until halfway through, then started running pretty strong.
